Committee Reports:
- Grievance Committee:
- Stewards have been fielding phone calls
- Nightwatch reassignments at METO
- OE issues, first step in process
- MSOCS med error issues and investigations
- Staff conduct issues
- Safety Committee:
- Both MSOCS and METO will have in November
- Health Care Social Services Committee:
- Story cards handed out to gather from members to bring to legislators on how the economy has impacted our lives
Correspondence:
- Hospitality room at convention requesting donations: motion made, seconded, and carried to donate $100 as in previous years
- Charity campaign
- Next wave logo contest
- Govenor screening October 24th
- Cindy Yund, Maridy Nordlum, Sue Edwardh, and possibly Ed Jabs to attend P.E.O.P.L.E.

BA Report:
- Gladys spoke on behalf of a member who has recently been unjustly let go from their position as she battles for her job. Gladys requested that a petition be signed by members to help assist in this battle. She also requested members to assist as much as they can to help our sister in need
Old Business:
New Business:
- E Board meetings now changed to the 4th Tuesday at 3:30pm and Grievance committee changed to 3:00pm on the 4th Thursday before the general membership meeting
- Motion made, seconded, and accepted to purchase more opewn enrollment cards
- Paula will be assisting with new employee orientation
- Motion made, seconded, and accepted to pay web site bill and leave as is for now
- Motion made, secondedand accepted to postpone untill next meeting finding a new Chief steward for METO and E Board member, our current E Board member and Chief Steward Ed Jabs has requested to resign from these duties. Ed has served us well
- Motion made, seconded and accepted to purchase a certificate or plaque for members with long time activity when they step away from their position. This will be decided on a PRN basis
- Motion made, seconded and carried to purchase new planners for Officers for the 2010 year
Good and Welfare:
- David Ruth and Jessie Cairns had recently wed...congratulations to the two of them
- Thank you cards recieved by Arlene Mitchell, the family of Zac Schlickenmyayer, and from Diane Lofgren
